Telesales Representative Salary: Competitive Broadland Drinks Ltd (BDL) are looking for an individual to manage a portfolio of customers and help the company grow by upselling and promoting Broadland portfolio. Prospecting and following up on new leads. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will join our well-established Sales team. This role could be either full or part-time and, as well as involving Telesales, will also provide administrative sales support to the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and services Answering questions about products, services or the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Pass on leads to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Achievement of agreed monthly sales targets. Provide administrative Sales Support General housekeeping as required About You: You will have strong evidence of the following key skills & competencies: Comfortable presenting products and services over the phone. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection BDL is an Equal Opportunities Employer with a culture of employee development and engagement.
