El Tesoro de las Montañas means ‘The Treasure of the Mountains’ and this couldn’t be more true than in Chile where the cool, clear water from the Andes helps to irrigate the vineyards below.
Made from hand-picked Syrah grapes grown in Chile’s warm climate and picked earlier for a lower ABV. A short maceration extracts a higher concentration of flavours, then the grapes are gently pressed to create a pale pink rosé full of red fruit aromas.
Tasting Notes
Delicate aromas of red fruit - strawberries, cherries and redcurrants – combine with hints of citrus and a light sweetness on the palate, balanced with refreshing acidity.
Food Matching
Perfect with a picnic, a niçoise or caprese salad, or vegetable skewers.
